Norms and Regulations:

» The franchisee is given to Study Centre with the name of “Manbhum Institute of Computer Science”.

» The name of Study Centre will be Manbhum Institute of Computer Science, and will be placed on a flex board in front of the Centre.

» The Manbhum Institute of Computer Science will not be legally liable for any false commitment done by Study Centre to the student.

» The Manbhum Institute of Computer Science will be liable for Issuing of ID Cards, Bags, Study Materials and Online Examinations.

» Study Centre will be submitting one copy of the stamp with authorized signature of the authorized person to the Manbhum Institute of Computer Science. The stamp and signature will be used on any receipt and documents given to the student.

» Before publishing of any advertisement, Study Centre will first of all have a NOC from Manbhum Institute of Computer Science

» Study Centre will maintain all the details of centre, accounts, students etc on the web portal of Manbhum Institute of Computer Science.

» No ID Card, Study Material, Exam, Certificate will be issued to the student if his royalty is due. The royalty will be Rs.500/- per kit issued to the study centre.

» No duplicacy of materials or selling of books to the students can be done, if found Study Centre will be liable for the legal action.

» A time of seven days will be allowed by Study Centre for issue of ID Cards, Bags, to Manbhum Institute of Computer Science after the clearance of student royalty.

» Minimum of 5 PCs will be used in the lab of optimal configuration for each course module. A separate class room, counselling room should be used. There should be prompt power backup, drinking water facilities.

» The Learning centre should have an area of 300 to 500 sq ft. It should be well maintained and well decorated.

» The Manbhum Institute of Computer Science holds the right to make a call to any student about feedback and perform any routine check in the learning centre.
